By creating an account, accessing, or using RelatIQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

RelatIQ provides AI-powered analysis of text conversations to offer insights about communication patterns, attachment styles, and relationship dynamics. Our Service includes:

• Conversation screenshot analysis
• Attachment style detection
• Interest level scoring
• Communication pattern insights
• Response suggestions

Important: Our analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes only. RelatIQ is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, or relationship counseling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RelatIQ. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

6. Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading conversation screenshots, you:

• Grant us a limited license to process the content for analysis purposes
• Represent that you have the right to share such content
• Acknowledge that conversations involve other parties who may have privacy interests

We strongly recommend obtaining consent from other parties in conversations before uploading. You are solely responsible for any legal implications of uploading conversations.

7. Subscription & Billing

RelatIQ offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store platform
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and AI technology, is owned by RelatIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RELATIQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI analysis
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Our AI analysis is not professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for serious relationship, mental health, or personal concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELATIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelatIQ, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@relatiq.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RelatIQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
